Job Description:
1. Establish the strategic plan of corporate international human resources;
2. Establish corporate international recruitment, training, HR management, performance management and salary systems;
3. Establish HR management policies for local staff, recruitment and training procedures.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, good command of English, more than 5 years' experience in HR management in multi-national companies;
2. Familiar with HR strategic plans, recruitment, training, HR management, salary and performance management;
3. Fluent in English, have rich experience in team management. |
