Job Description:
1.Responsible for management of sales, services and distributors in his region; 
2. Draw up management plan for sales, services and distributors in region; finish the yearly targets; 
3. Responsible for the research and development in the regional market and establishment and maintenance of customer relations. 
4. Responsible for HR team building in his region. 

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; more than 10 years' sales experience in engineering machinery industry; familiar with the sales or distributor management mode. 
2. Have management experience in global businesses.
3. Good command of English; have rich experience of team management.
